Eunice Maame Fosua, a Community Health Nurse together with her three children, husband, and mother-in-law have died in a road accident on the Kumasi Nkawie Sefwi highways. The incident occurred on Saturday, 8th January when the couple, their three children, and mother-in-law were returning from a wedding when this unfortunate event happened.
According to reports received, the driver of the vehicle attempted to overtake a vehicle, but the oncoming car was also at high speed. In his attempt to swerve the oncoming vehicle, the car veered off the road and entered a river drowning the six people in the process.
The police confirmed they have received information about the accident and commencing an investigation into the issue.
