GRNMA Health Fund Awards GHS 120,000 in Medical Aid to Two Members

As part of its ongoing drive for 100 percent employer-funded medical coverage for every nurse and midwife, the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA) has disbursed a total of GHS 120,000 to two members in the Greater Accra Region diagnosed with critical illnesses.
Each beneficiary received GHS 60,000 to support the cost of treatment:
1. Ms Juliana ShaSha Anang – LEKMA District
2. Madam Francisca Peace Adzre – Ashaiman District
The cheques were presented in the presence of the Heads of Nursing and Midwifery Services for LEKMA Polyclinic and Ashaiman Municipal Hospital, alongside several regional and district executives and staff.
Expressing their appreciation, the recipients praised the administration led by GRNMA President Mrs Perpetual Ofori Ampofo for instituting such crucial welfare initiatives and urged all nurses and midwives to support the Association’s broader efforts to enhance the profession’s conditions nationwide.
